About
Shopify AI Shopping & Agentic Commerce Specialist
Six years of Shopify work behind me, and one year spent almost entirely on Agentic Commerce. I tested it on my own stores, with my own money, before I ever charged anyone for it.

Background
Optimizing a catalogue for AI discovery means editing real products inside a real store, and understanding what a change to a title, a collection or a schema field does to everything else. I am not handing a merchant a document and hoping their developer interprets it correctly.
That is why the six years of store building matter. The Agentic Commerce work sits on top of ordinary Shopify craft: clean structure, sensible collections, product data that says what the product actually is, and pages that convert once someone arrives.
I keep the client list international on purpose. What works for a fashion store in France is not always what works for an automotive shop in Germany, and seeing both makes me better at the next one.
The story
Five chapters, in the order they happened.
I learned Shopify from the inside: building complete stores, planning strategy, cleaning up store structure, running marketing and advertising, and working on conversion. Along the way I reached Level 2 as a seller on Fiverr, which mostly means a long stretch of delivering work for people who were paying attention.
One evening my friend Lisa and I were talking about how AI would change the world, and she mentioned the idea of AI helping people buy things. It stuck with me. On vacation in Connecticus I finally sat down and researched it properly, and that is when I found the term Agentic Commerce.
Instead of selling the idea, I tested it. I subscribed to Shopify, built stores, ran ads and marketing, and got about five sales the conventional way. Then I started experimenting. It was not smooth. I made mistakes, spent money, and rebuilt stores roughly three times while working out what mattered.
One store did about 12 sales in a month, with the highest priced product around $133. I wanted to know if that held at higher prices, so I moved into electronics, then automotive and car parts, with products up to around $7,000. It took two orders. That genuinely surprised me.
That was the point I felt ready. I sold the experimental stores and started offering Agentic Commerce as a service. 21 Shopify stores so far, in several countries, in industries as different as art, pets and car parts.
